Observed (and documented) today at Target (East York). Surprisingly enough, I DIDN'T buy it. There was only one; if it's there next time, I'll take it as a sign. In my defense, it wouldn't be completely useless because there IS a Montessori practical life activity for whisking. And if that whisk doesn't constitute a point of interest, I don't know what does.
